Superman 75th Anniversary: An Animated Tribute

Golden Wolf recently teamed up with Warner Bros Animation and MOI Studio to help bring their vision for Superman’s 75th anniversary to life. The animation was conceived by Man of Steel director Zack Snyder and artist Bruce Timm with Jay Olivia handling the overall direction.

Golden Wolf worked on the backgrounds and the art direction for the animation which features some of the most iconic scenes from Supermans past which span over half a century.

Exclusive Alternate Scene from ‘Gravity’ (Redefines Entire Movie)

Hard to believe, but Oscar-winning director Alfonso Cuaron (“Children of Men”) originally shot an opening scene for Gravity that would have radically changed the film.

WTF: Superman Beard
Superman beard always leads to the same question. Can Superman even shave? You’d think he would have a massive uncuttable beard and a huge bush. Kryptonite tipped razor blades?
Superman’s biggest fan has appreciable razor skills.

If Superheroes Had Instagram

What would happen if all your favorite comic book heroes were suddenly into vintage filters and unnecessary hashtags?

It’s good to know that even when you’re out there, fighting crime and saving the world, there’s still always time to snap a pic, make it look old and crappy with a filter, add hashtags, post it on Instagram, wait for people to like it, get frustrated when no one likes it, punch a bad guy to release the anger, and then text your best friend, “Hey, Robin, can you like my post on Instagram? lol no one’s liked it yet. Thanks, you’re the best! We’re still on for bowling at 8, right?”
