Primitive Design Process on the Skin

Piergiorgio Robino invited Clemens Mueller, a young and highly talented designer from Dortmund (Germany) to contribute, with his own art, to Primitive Collection, the Nucleo’s latest open source project.

Mueller has developed four photographs where white is stratified as a casting resin on his skin. The images interpret the process and energy of Primitive, as if in a human body the muscle and structure could be covered by a thin layer of resin, freezing the expression forever.
Action also refers to our inner child (whom the Italian poet Giovanni Pascoli) free to get dirty and play with shape.
