Only 100 units of the Aventador LP 720-4 50 Anniversario will be produced, each of which will come with a Forged Composite badge featuring the “50°” logo and a serial number.
Contrasting the body color is the new aerodynamic body kit finished in black that includes an extended front apron and splitter with small flaps set into the sides, side skirts, and a brand new rear bumper with an enlarged diffuser. The wheels are also painted in black.
Lamborghini engineers re-calibrated the Aventador’s 6.5-liter V12 powerplant that gains 20hp over the standard model for a total of 710hp (720PS). A fast-shifting ISR transmission drives all-four wheels with Lamborghini quoting a 0-100km/h (62mph) time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h (218mph).

Dubai already has the world’s tallest building, the world’s largest shopping mall, and the largest man-made archipelago. So it’s no surprise that the country’s police would drive one of the world’s most extravagant and expensive cars.
The latest addition to the force’s fleet is a head-turning Lamborghini Aventador, finished in green and white — the colors of the Dubai Police force.
In a written statement, the force said the car, which bears the number 8 on a customized license plate, would be a step towards confirming the stature of Dubai as “a city of luxury in all of its facilities.”
According to recent figures, 15% of traffic fines issued in Dubai are for driving at speeds in excess of 130 mph (209 kph.)
The car, reported to be worth around $500,000, has a maximum speed of 217 mph (349kph) and can accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-97 kph) in 2.9 seconds.
Dubai police are not the first force to use Lamborghinis on the roads. The luxury sports vehicles are also used by forces in Italy and Qatar.
Comparisons were made between Dubai Police’s version and Knight Rider, a series that focused on a lone crimefighter battling the forces of evil with an indestructible and artificially intelligent superior.

Neighbor’s daughter gets a surprise Lamborghini Aventador ride from her high school followed by a visit to Times Square. The reactions were priceless.
All profits made from the ads in this video will be donated to her college fund. In fact, I will match the amount and double it. This video has already generated hundreds of dollars in the past 48 hours. Thanks for sharing this video. She’s going to be amazed at how much money we raised for her.
I’ve had this neighbor for many years when I was living in a poorer neighborhood. And I had moved to Florida a few years ago after I made my fortune. I came back to my hometown for a visit a few months ago, and I brought my Lamborghini with me. I saw an opportunity to make the kid’s day much brighter, and I took it.
There’s a Portugese saying: “Não importa o quanto sobes na vida, nunca te esqueças de onde vieste.”
Translation: “No matter how much you climb in life, never forget where you came from.”

Mansory claims that it’s the first time that a carbon fiber weave with a stealth-look is used on a car and, although the Carbonado is far from restrained in its looks, next to the OTT Veneno you could almost say it justifies the “stealth” description.
The Carbonado rides on 20-inch front and 21-inch rear alloys wrapped in 255/30 and 345/25 Pirelli P Zero tires respectively. Finally, the cabin has been refurnished in soft leather and carbon and the aircraft-style starter button has been relocated from the center console to the roof.
