Kia DC Entertainment Justice League Custom Vehicle Unveiling
Kia Motors America (KMA) and DC Entertainment kicked off the 2012 SEMA Show in superhero style with five radical machines inspired by the members of the Justice League: The Flash Forte Koup, Aquaman Rio 5-door, Cyborg Forte 5-door, Green Lantern Soul and the previously unveiled Batman Optima.
Built by West Coast Customs, RIDES and Super Street, each of the vehicles feature custom artwork by legendary comic book artist and DC Entertainment Co-Publisher Jim Lee and are intended to raise awareness for DC Entertainment’s “We Can Be Heroes” giving campaign to help fight the hunger crisis in the Horn of Africa.
Bringing Down the House: Official 2013 Kia Soul Hamster Commercial
They’re back. And this time they’ve gone way back in their time-traveling Kia Soul.
That’s right, the hamsters are bringing down the house, only it’s an 18th century opera house. And they’re showing a traditional upper-crust crowd how to party their britches off with Axwell’s remix of “In My Mind” by Ivan Gough, Feenixpawl ft. Georgi Kay. Watch. Share. Repeat.
The original concept is a two-door mixture of convertible and pickup models with seating for four passengers. It features a shortened windshield for a more hunkered down appearance and is equipped with a two-piece removable top residing on a roll bar that provides additional protections for the occupants.
The production model would likely use the same engine lineup as the five-door Soul.
First they drove. Then they rapped. Now they’re dancing. But they’re not doing any old dance. They’re shuffling. And they’re doing it harder, faster and better than any hamster has ever shuffled before.
Not only are the hamsters making a comeback; the Kia Soul, the urban crossover vehicle that started a craze is back and better than ever delivering more power and better fuel efficiency than ever before, the 2012 Kia Soul, “a new way to roll”.
