Mansory Lamborghini Aventador Carbonado

Mansory claims that it’s the first time that a carbon fiber weave with a stealth-look is used on a car and, although the Carbonado is far from restrained in its looks, next to the OTT Veneno you could almost say it justifies the “stealth” description.

The Carbonado rides on 20-inch front and 21-inch rear alloys wrapped in 255/30 and 345/25 Pirelli P Zero tires respectively. Finally, the cabin has been refurnished in soft leather and carbon and the aircraft-style starter button has been relocated from the center console to the roof.

Mansory 2013 Lamborghini Aventador ‘Carbonado’

Dubbed the Carbonado after the “Black Diamonds” found in parts of Africa and Brazil, Mansory’s newest program for the Italian supercar builds on the previous tuning package by replacing most of the Aventador’s exterior panels plus the engine compartment cover with lighter components made out of carbon fiber.

The new body kit inflates the supercar’s width by 40 millimetres (1.57 inches) on the front axle and 50 millimetres (1.97 inches) on the rear axle and also includes numerous add on parts such as the side skirts, front and rear aprons and a rear wing, all rendered in carbon fiber.

Complementing the changes on the body is a new set of light forged rims with –you guessed it - carbon-fiber inlays in tires size 255/30 ZR20 in front and 345/25 ZR21 in the rear.

Mansory has also massaged the Aventador’s V12 engine through a performance package consisting of a reprogrammed ECU and a special exhaust system raising output from 691bhp (700PS) and 690Nm to 744bhp (754PS) at 8,300 rpm and 750Nm (553.1 lb-ft) at 6,000 rpm.

The tuner claims the souped-up Lamborghini will accelerate to 100km/h (62mph) in just 2.8 seconds and max out at 355km/h (221 mph).

The Carbonado package is rounded out with carbon fiber inserts and black leather upholstery with red accents in the interior.

Mansory noted that it will produce only six examples of the Lamborghini Aventador Carbonado.

Mansory 2012 McLaren MP4-12C

The German firm starts with an assortment of aero components made out of carbon fiber that widen the vehicle by 60mm and include among other things, a new front bumper with a splitter, a prominent rear diffuser and a large rear wing.

Mansory also fits the two-seater model with 20-inch alloys up front with tires size 245/30ZR20, and 21-inch rims at the back paired with 305/25ZR21 tires.

The colorful exterior treatment is continued inside with matching colors for the leather seats, dashboard, door panels and the new flat-bottom steering wheel. Mansory also adds aluminum pedals and real carbon-fibre accent trims.

On the performance front, the combination of a new engine management system with a sports exhaust and air filter push output from 600PS (591bhp) and 600Nm to 670PS (661bhp) and 675Nm (498 lb-ft) allowing for a top speed of 353km/h (219mph).
